关于CAC2018英文论文进行格式校验、版权协议签署及论文终稿上传的说明

一、Final Manuscript Preparation Instruction

Please use the templates at Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings  to prepare the final manuscript, and use the IEEE PDF eXpress site to validate your papers.

Steps:

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site 

First-time users should do the following:

  1. Select “New Users - Click Here”.

  2. Enter the following: 

        1） 46505X for the Conference ID 

        2） your email address 

        3） a password

  3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

二、关于版权协议签署的说明

  关于签署版权协议的材料提交给IEEE之后，IEEE将分批给投稿作者发邮件，请各位作者根据邮件提示签署版权协议。

  注：因为IEEE要求只提交一位作者的信息，取第一作者的邮箱提交给IEEE，望各论文作者知悉！

三、关于论文终稿提交

  请在完成格式校验及版权协议签署后，于2018年12月24日前登陆大会投稿系统（www.cac2018.cn）重新上传论文终稿。

  未按时完成格式校验、版权协议及提交终稿的作者，对后期论文收录产生的后果，由作者自负！
